We reserve the right to remove any such content where we have grounds for suspecting the abuse of these terms and our Listing Policy or of any party's rights.

4. NOTIFICATION OF CLAIMS OF INFRINGEMENT

3. Pornography and adult content of any sort including and not limited to pre-adult content featuring individuals under the age of 18 Years.
4. Religious Items such as Books and Artifacts or any information, description religious that can affect the sentiments of any person or group.
5. Information or items which are defamatory, libelous, threatening or abusive in nature
6. Information that is counterfeit, not representing as to the nature and use of the goods or the services.
7. Malware, computer viruses, worms, trojan horses, spyware, dishonest adware, crimeware, unauthorized rootkits, and other malicious and unwanted software.
8. Dangerous chemicals and pesticides and/ or items in violation of Hazardous Chemicals Act, 1985.

10. Weapons, arms and related objects (such as firearms, firearm parts and magazines, ammunition, tear gas, stun guns, switchblade knives or any other item which is forbidden under the Indian Arms Act, 1959.
11. Spam, abusive, duplicate, listing, fraud schemes
12. Items that infringe any copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy or any other proprietary right under the laws of any jurisdiction.

7. NO SPAM PLEASE

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
